My office is located at 12 Bellwether Way, Suite 220 in Bellingham, Washington. There is free parking available as well as an elevator.
I am licensed as an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. This means that you may be able to be reimbursed partially or fully by your insurance company for therapy services. Clients pay me at the time of service (cash, check, card, or HSA account) and I can provide a receipt with necessary information for insurance purposes. If you would like to pursue this option, please check with your insurance company. I am happy to answer questions or offer assistance as needed.
Individual sessions (45-50 min) are $150. Intake sessions (60 min) are $175. I offer a limited number of slots for a reduced fee. If you are in need of this please ask me.
The Safe and Sound Protocol requires a subscription available only for trained professionals. I am able to offer this to my current clients in conjunction with therapy. The listening is provided through means of an app and can be delivered in person, remotely, or a hybrid model of the two depending upon the individual needs of the client. For those that are not current clients I am able to provide remote delivery if you are a good candidate. The cost for 3 months of access and support to complete the program is $350. For each month beyond that there is a $100 fee to cover the cost of the subscription and clinical support. If you are interested, please reach out for more information.
In order for you or your child to get the most from therapy, we need to make sure we are a good fit. This means that you and your child feel comfortable working with me and the challenges that you are facing fall within my areas of treatment. If for any reason we do not appear to be a good fit, I am happy to provide referrals to other therapists who might be able to help.
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to make your appointment. No shows or late cancellations will be billed at the regular rate. If you or your child are not feeling well, telehealth may be an option.
Health providers are required to give an estimate of expected costs as part of the No Suprises Act which took effect in 2022. I will provide you with a copy when we begin working together and on an annual basis after that. For more information please visit - https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
